A 'Button
Owner' is a person who has paid for the button and will receive all
visitors within the minimum guaranteed ownership period, who click the
button to his website homepage. When the button is bought by a new owner,
your link will be removed from the click button and you will receive a permanent 120x60 button link and
a 5 word text link elsewhere on the MillionClicksButton.com website homepage. All
paid links and buttons will remain online at least till the year 2012.
A 'Button
Clicker' is person who clicks the 'Million Clicks Button' after entering
his name and valid email address in the form. In addition he will have to
reply to a confirmation email only after which his name will be posted on
this website. Only one name and email address can be used to click on the
button. All multiple clicks and email addresses will be rejected. I
encourage all button clickers to visit and spend some time on the button
sponsor's website.
After you reply to the
confirmation email, I will try to post your name on the website within a
week, usually within 24 hours. Please check your name spelling before
clicking on the button. Requests to change the name or spellings will not
be entertained in any case.
I will try to
keep this website online as long as I can, but I cannot guarantee that
this website will be online after April 2012. I will not be responsible
for any commitments after that.
Payments for
the button will not be refunded in any case. Please be absolutely sure
before making the payment. I reserve the right to accept or reject any
website. If your website is rejected, you will receive a full refund
within a week.
I will not
accept any websites of adult or offensive nature. The button will be
linked to your website homepage only and not any internal pages. If it is
found that you are redirecting your URL to another website or webpage,
your link will be taken off immediately and no refunds will be made. I am
very serious about this.
The button
will be sold on first come first serve basis. I will try to update the
'Buy Now' button as soon as the next spot becomes available. If the button
is bought by more than one persons at the same time, the person who made
the payment first will 'own' the button. The other person will have the
option to either get a refund or pay the difference and book the next
available button.
As
MillionClicksButton.com is hosted on a third party server, the site may
become down or unavailable for some time. The industry standard is 99%
uptime. I will try to keep the site available at all times. However I will
not be responsible if the site is down for reasons beyond my controls such
as natural disasters, force major, or calamities.
Payment is
accepted by Credit Card or Paypal through our Paypal payment gateway only.
If you pay by credit card on our Paypal payment gateway, you will not be
asked to open a Paypal account. Your link will go up only when the funds
are cleared into my account.
I reserve the right to update
and modify these terms and conditions and by using this website you
formally agree to all terms and conditions.
